Okay this is not my foot, but it FEELS like my feet. This is what I get for being on my feet all day. Rotten shoes, rotten feet. I feel like I am 85 years old. Some days I can hardly walk.
So sorry Berries! Get some good shoes dear. And SIT DOWN once in a while and put your feet up. Take a load off and realax! Try some DR. Scholes inserts too. I've had orthotics done twice by my podiatrist and they don't help as much as the over the counter ones I buy.
I saw how much work you are doing and I think you need a break. Try doing some of your work sitting if you can or take small breaks to take some of the pressure off. That foot looks like mine when I was pregnant and had to lay down and put my feet up to get the swelling to go down.
You know what? I have bought Asics running shoes for years, and they worked really good. Until the last pair which were a bit too small, and then Yoooooouuuuuuch. so ever since then my feet are trying to recover, I bought Clarks which I paid dearly for, but they caved in on the inner sole and so my knees started knocking and giving me knee pain. So now I am going back to the Holeys which work, but YEs I was on my feet for 12 hours yesterday. Dawn I have tried all sorts of shoe padding things.....ALL this started from wearing crappy shoes in my twenties, especially the morning I fell down holding my newborn, because I stepped out of bed and had instant Plantar Faschitis(?)

Why We're Here
Think of it like this, if your blog is where you put your best foot forward, All the Girls Chit Chat is where you can put your foot in your mouth and everyone laughs WITH you.
We reserve the right to preserve our academic aptitudes by blogging, so we don't turn out like Helen Horsewife, stuck in the kitchen with curlers in our hair.
Alaina sporting the Sponge Bob shades
I'm the one who isn't worthy.
Now, how do I get somebody besides these two dung beetles to do my bidding? They're great and all...it's just that, well...They're dung beetles.
So now you're a mule in pain, Berrilah? Go ni-nite! Be good to yourself, would ya?
ReplyDeleteI am sorry sweetie:)
